To create an account, simply click on ‘My Account’ on the header menu.  If you are using a mobile device, click on the drop down menu to select ‘My Account.’

Simply enter your email address and password under registration.

  1. Visit the “Products” page and review our products by clicking the product title.
  2. Hover over a product and select “ADD TO CART” or “SELECT OPTIONS” to choose the weight/flavour of the product; then “ADD TO CART”.
  3. Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
  4. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
  5. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when ready.
  6. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
  7. Before placing your order. You need to read and accept our terms & conditions.
  8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to setup an ACCOUNT before you can order products.
  9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue an E-Transfer.
  10. Send your E-Transfer and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.
  • Orders can be placed at anytime, however orders placed before 1PM PST, typically will be sent out same day, orders placed after 1PM PST will be sent out the following day.
  • Orders placed on the weekend, will be sent out the following Monday
  • Email/Live Chat hours are Monday – Friday from 6AM – 3PM PST

Check your spam folder.  If its not there, please make sure your email registered with us is spelled correctly.

All consumable purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges. Non-consumable related issues will be looked at case by case.


  1. Log into your online banking with your bank. This can be done online, or if you need assistance call your branch directly.
  2. Click on transfer, and locate the email transfer.
  3. Add our email [email protected] along with the total amount shown on the invoice
  4. Your security question should be your order number, and for your security question answer put ‘PAID604

At the moment we only accept Email Transfers, please follow the instructions above, or contact your banking branch directly for further assistance.

This issue happens quite often.  If you send an interact email payment to us, but have no received a confirmation email AND your order is still on hold, it can be one of two things:

  1. Give it a few hours, or contact us via live chat.  Its possible that your order has not been processed by the Budem team yet.  Any orders placed after 8:00 PM PST will be processed the next day by noon.
  2. OR chances are your payment has not made it through.  It happens often that we just did not receive.  Often time our email is spelled wrong.  Please check the spelling of our email, it should be [email protected]
  3. If all the above check out, then you must check with your online banking.  It can be an issue on your banking end.


Once you have completed an order and your payment has been processed, your package will be sent out for delivery. Orders that are placed before 1:00 PM PST, typically will be sent out same day, orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be sent the following day. Once Shipping Carrier has scanned the package, we will send you your tracking number via email.

If your tracking number is not working, you may need to wait a few hours for Canada Post to update it.  If your tracking number continues to not work after 24 hours, please contact us via live chat.

  • There are a number of reasons Canada Post may be experiencing incorrect destinations which may result in delays.
  • This may cause a delay in an additional 1-2 business days (Note we do not issue refunds if you provide us with the wrong delivery address)
  • If your package continues to travel to foreign places, please contact Canada Post to see what issues they are having.  Unfortunately, delivery is out of our control.

Budem is not held liable for lost packages in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, etc due to a high theft rate.


  1. Point system are for every 100 points, you get $1.25 off a future order.
  2. Every $1.00 dollar you spend will equal 1 point.
